Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Little Sprout Baby Tracker ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

These Terms apply to all users of the App, including parents, caregivers, and family members who are granted access to shared profiles.

Description of Service

Little Sprout Baby Tracker is a mobile application designed to help parents and caregivers:

• Track baby activities (feeding, sleep, diaper changes, etc.)
• Monitor growth and developmental milestones
• Share access with family members and caregivers
• Receive AI-powered insights and assistance
• View activity trends and statistics

Account Registration

To use certain features of the App, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

You may sign in using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. By using these services, you also agree to their respective terms of service.

Subscriptions and Payments

Some features of the App require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your device's app store settings
• Refunds are handled according to the policies of Apple or Google

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the App, including photos, notes, and activity data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to:

• Store and process your content to provide our services
• Display your content to authorized users you have invited
• Use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our services

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you upload.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Share access with individuals who should not have access to the child's information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App to harass, abuse, or harm others

AI Assistant Disclaimer

The App includes an AI-powered assistant that provides general information and suggestions. Please note:

• Not medical advice: The AI assistant does not provide medical, health, or professional advice
• Consult professionals: Always consult qualified healthcare providers for medical concerns about your child
• Informational only: AI suggestions are for informational purposes and should not replace professional judgment
• No guarantees: We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content

Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding user content), is owned by Little Sprout Baby Tracker and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Use our trademarks or branding without permission
• Create derivative works based on the App

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for decisions made based on information from the App

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App will immediately cease
• You may request deletion of your data per our Privacy Policy
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms in the App
• Updating the "Last updated" date
• Sending a notification for material changes

Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
